FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: coil sowing apparatus for sowing small-seeded crops, comprising a housing, a coupling and a grooved coil mounted on a drive shaft, between which there is a washer with the fine-tooth profile and a ring connected thereto with diameters equal to the diameter of the grooved coil connected to said washer. The fine-tooth profile of the washer is formed by truncated regular quadrangular pyramids arranged in two rows along its profile symmetrically, to the right and to the left with respect to the cutting plane perpendicular to the rotation axis of the washer and passing through the middle of its profile. The symmetry planes of two truncated pyramids of one row, passing through the rotation axis of the washer, are diverged from each other along its circumference. The truncated pyramids of one row of the washer are displaced relative to the truncated pyramids of its other row. Each truncated pyramid of one row is located in the gap between two truncated pyramids of the other row. Below the washer with the fine-tooth profile, a removable thickening is fixed on the working surface of the sowing apparatus bottom, the supporting curvilinear face of which is made in the shape of the working surface of the bottom. A freely limiting plate with a diameter equal to the washer diameter and with a flanging located between the working bottom surface of the sowing apparatus and the supporting curved edge of the thickening is installed on the drive shaft between the washer with the fine-toothed profile and the coupling. The flanging dimensions are equal to the dimensions of the supporting curved edge of the thickening.
EFFECT: invention will allow to improve the uniformity of seed distribution of small-seeded crops over the sowing area, to reduce the injury of seeds, to carry out the accurate and low seeding rate, to obtain seed savings, to increase the reliability of the sowing apparatus operation, and to reduce the labour consumption of the work performed when switching to the sowing of a different crop.
