SUBSTANCE: device (100) for oral care is proposed, comprising: a handle (110) extending along a longitudinal axis from the proximal end to the distal end; a head comprising: a console (130) extending from the distal end of the handle; a spherical element (160) protruding from the front surface (131) of the console; a rigid plate (140) separated from the console by a gap (151); and the first flexible material (150) in the gap, connecting flexibly the rigid plate to the console. The first flexible material covers the spherical element and covers the rear surface (142) of the rigid plate and the front surface of the console; a plurality of tooth cleaning elements (143) extending from the front surface of the rigid plate. The rigid plate is rotated around the spherical element in response to the cleaning forces applied to the head.
