FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to UV curable polymer composition for formation of self-lubricating gaskets. UV curable polymer composition for a self-lubricating gaskets includes: (meth) acrylate compound having a cycle of isocyanuric acid described by formula (1):
where X is a group which contains acryloyl group and consists only of C, H and O, where «Y» and «Z» represent groups, each consists only of C, N and O, and polytetrafluoroethylene resin as solid lubricant, wherein the (meth) acrylate compound with cycle of isocyanuric acid, is contained in an amount of 20 WT% to 90 WT%, and polytetrafluoroethylene resin is contained in an amount of 10 WT% to 50 WT% relative to the total amount of UV curable polymer composition. Also this method contains a sliding assembly including self-lubricating gasket, and manufacturing method for production of sliding assembly.
EFFECT: technical result consists in creation of a polymer composition for formation of self-lubricating gaskets, having low coefficient of friction, high wear resistance, high load, high heat resistance, oil resistance, possibility of size correction and simplified production technology.
