FIELD: optical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical fiber. Optical fiber includes light-conducting medium with a core and a shell, the primary resin layer, which is in contact with light-conducting medium and covers light-conducting medium, and the secondary resin layer, which covers the primary resin layer. The primary resin layer contains a cured product of a resin composition cured in ultra-violet light and containing urethane(meth)acrylate oligomer, monomer, photopolymerization initiator and compound containing phosphorus and tin atoms as components, and Young module of the primary resin layer is equal to 0.5 MPa or less at 23°C. The compound containing phosphorus and tin is a product of interaction of at least one phosphoric compound selected from a group including a compound represented by the formula (1a), a compound represented by the formula (1b), and a compound represented by the formula (1c), and organotin compound

EFFECT: reduction in optical losses and resistance to attenuation.
