FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and concerns a method for obtaining a product containing immunoglobulins G, A, M, in which feedstock used is precipitation of Cohn fraction, which is homogenised to give a suspension which is treated with chloroform, stirred, allowed to stand, centrifugation is formed precipitate with subsequent removal additional ballast fractions by centrifugation, isolating desired product, followed by filling, freezing and drying. Formation of sediment and removal of ballast fractions is performed by introduction of copper ions Cu2+ in concentration of 1.5-15 mcmol at pH 4.5-5.5 and temperature of 0-5 °C.
EFFECT: invention provides higher specific activity of extracted immunoglobulins and wider raw material base.
