FIELD: cosmetology; dermatology.
SUBSTANCE: present invention provides a liquid composition for protecting skin scars for producing a skin waterproof film and including nitrocellulose as a resin, castor oil as a plasticiser for said polymer, other than water volatile solvent of said polymer containing ethanol, and mixture was butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane (USAN avobenzone) and ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate (USAN octinoxate) as an organic sunscreen, characterised in that total amount of sunscreen(s) is 0.5-2.2 wt% of total weight of composition, volatile solvent is 60-90 wt% of total weight of composition, and polymer is 6-15 wt% based on dry weight of total composition, characterised by that it contains less than 0.5 wt% inorganic sunscreen(s) of total weight of composition.
EFFECT: invention provides effective protection of scars from UV radiation.
