FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: there is determined a CMV antibody titer, content in peripheral blood of glutamate transferase, activity of heat shock protein Hsp in placental homogenate, while on histological sections there is histochemically determined glutamate dehydrogenase activity. If CMV antibody titre is up to 1:1,600, and if there is a reduction of content in peripheral blood glutamate transferase down to 28.3±0.98 units/l, a reduction of activity in placental homogenate of heat shock protein Hsp-70 down to 30.5±1.7 ng/ml and a reduction of glutamate dehydrogenase on histological sections to 39.7±1.9 of conditional units, then glutamic acid transamination in placental plasmodiotrophoblast is disturbed, which creates a threat of disturbance of protein metabolism in placenta villi plasmodiotrophoblast.
EFFECT: invention can be used for diagnostics of disturbance of glutamic acid transamination in placental plasmodiotrophoblast glutamic acid of pregnant women suffering aggravated cytomegaloviral infection in the third trimester of gestation.
