Method involves determination in peripheral blood of the cytomegalovirus antibody titre, realization of histochemical reaction on α-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase, and if the cytomegalovirus antibody titre is 1:1600, to reduction of activity α-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase to 34.6±2.78 standard units is estimate threat of violation of a fetation.
