FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition of the composite lubricant based on oil MS-20, being lubricating base, and dispersive additive, wherein such additive is product being nanodispersive particles of tungsten diselenide of plate shape 60×5 nm, obtained by method of gas-phase synthesis, their formula is WSe2, where W is tungsten, Se is selenium; in said oil concentration of the nanodispersive particles is 0.5-4 wt %.
EFFECT: obtaining of the lubricating composition reducing friction and wear in critical friction assemblies by increased carrying ability of the lubricating layer, and reduced shear strength, reduced adhesive wear of friction pairs, manufacturing from different steel grades, increased efficiency of lubricating material during operation in heavy-loaded friction assemblies, reduced wear of pairs under running-in.
