FIELD: lubricant composition for heavy-loaded friction assembly and mechanism.
SUBSTANCE: claimed material contains (mass %) dispersion additive 0.1-22; and balance: lubricant base (petroleum or synthetic oil and stiffener). As dispersion additive nanoparticles, modified by fluorine-containing oligomer with molecular weight of 2000-5000 Da of general formula Rf-R1 wherein Rf is fluorine-containing radical; and R1 is end functional group (e.g., -OH, -NH2, -COOH, -CF3) in ratio nanoparticles/oligomer of 100:1 - 1:100 are used.
EFFECT: lubricant composition of improved tribotechnical characteristics; decreased additive content; reduced deterioration of lubricant friction couple with details maid from nonferrous metal.
