FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method, apparatus and system for recognition of minerals. Method implemented by a processor, involves obtaining information on image of fluid from an imager with fluid is in field of view, wherein said information on image fluid contains information on image of mineral, processing information on image of mineral for identification of types of minerals in fluid in form of a data associating types of minerals with a formation from which fluid was obtained, determination of location of first well in formation based on said data and bias records associated with second well, and publishing said data in combination with location indications.
EFFECT: technical result consists in determining origin of sludge/minerals, particularly in vertical exploratory wells.
