FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mineral dressing by flotation and may be applied to concentration of polymetallic ores, in cycle of selective flotation of copper-lead concentrate. Method for flotation separation of bulk copper-lead concentrate involves addition of modifiers, depressors, and collector followed by extraction of copper sulphide minerals into foam product, and lead minerals into chamber product. For depression of lead sulphide minerals, combination of iron vitriol, sodium pyrosulphite, and polysaccharides in ratio of (0.5÷1.5):(1÷2):0.1 is used. Prior to flotation separation of bulk copper-lead concentrate desorption stage is carried out in presence of sodium sulphide and activated carbon. Desorption stage in presence of sodium sulphide and activated carbon is carried out in rubbing complex. After desorption stage, pulp is treated by process water in order to clean material from sorbents. Flotation separation of bulk copper-lead concentrate is carried out in acidic medium formed by sulphuric acid. Collector for copper sulphide minerals used is selective reagent based on modified thionocarbamate.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of flotation separation of bulk copper-lead concentrate.
