SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. Described is a group of inventions, including a method of producing an isoform-enriched antibody preparation (versions). In one version, method of producing isoform-enriched antibody preparation includes steps of: a) applying a buffered solution comprising different isoforms of an antibody to a cation exchange chromatography material, b) applying a first solution with a first conductivity to cation exchange chromatography material, whereby antibody isoforms remain bound to cation exchange chromatography material, and c) applying a second solution with a second conductivity to cation exchange chromatography material and thereby obtaining antibody preparation, whereby conductivity of first solution ranges from 4 mS/cm to 5 mS/cm, where conductivity of second solution exceeds conductivity of first solution by not more than 10 %. In another version, method of producing isoform antibody preparation includes steps of: a) cultivating a mammalian cell comprising a nucleic acid encoding the antibody and recovering the antibody from the cell or the cultivation medium, b) purifying the antibody by at least one column chromatographic step.
EFFECT: invention widens range of methods of producing antibody preparations.
