SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical engineering, in particular to devices for mixing and dispersing liquid heterogeneous systems, paints, preparation of various emulsions and suspensions. Device for mixing and dispersion comprises a frame, rotation drive kinematically connected to a rotor, made in form of a cylinder, one end of which is immersed in stator made up of cylindrical pipe, tank for mixed materials. Rotor is hollow, outer part is made of cylindrical segments, segments are fixed one after another along perimeter of rotor by one side ribs by means of cylindrical hinges, inner part of rotor is made in form of open on side of bases of hollow truncated cone expanding upwards, height of cone is twice greater than height of cylindrical part of rotor, stator and rotor cylindrical segments are made from wear-resistant non-metallic material, stator is rigidly attached to inner walls of reservoir tank is equipped with a jacket for heat carrier.

EFFECT: invention provides reliable circulation of fluid, required clamping force and gap between rotor and stator during throughout lifetime until their final wear and repairability.
