FIELD: mechanical engineering; chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical engineering, in particular to a device for mixing and dispersing liquid heterogeneous systems, paints, preparation of various emulsions and suspensions. Mixer-disperser comprises rotation drive, mix components feed and discharge branch pipes, housing accommodating concentric rotor, spring-loaded rectangular plates. Rotor is hollow and cylindrical rotor surface is perforated, axis of rotation of rotor is installed in housing in cantilever manner and horizontally. Rectangular plates are mounted in two coaxial rows between housing and rotor and are fixed on them by means of cylindrical hinges, rectangular plates of external row are fixed one after another along generating lines of inner cylindrical surface of housing, rectangular plates of internal rows are fixed one after another along outer cylindrical surface of rotor. Direction of fasteners of rectangular plates of external and internal rows are opposite, spacing of fasteners is uniform. Rectangular plates in external and internal rows are arranged with clearance and congruent to cylindrical surfaces of housing and rotor, rectangular plates are made from elastic wear-resistant material. Springs are fitted in gaps between external row of rectangular plates and housing, internal row of rectangular plates and rotor, spring-loaded rectangular plates of external row tightly adjoin spring-loaded plates of internal row.
EFFECT: invention improves efficiency of mixing and dispersion of liquid materials.
