FIELD: telemetry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to telemetry and may be used in systems for transmitting data over communication channels during flight tests of space-rocket equipment. Method and system are multi-scale measurement when same information significant TMP had to represent and transmit in several scales of measurements, for example, coarse and fine, at that effect "off" TMP values in emergency and emergency situations, as previously selected scale of remote measurements are real values obtained during flight tests. At transmitting side words-measurements are converted into images-residues by operations, equivalent division of their values on selected number in certain manner, which are modules of comparison of images-residuals formed new information words and placed in sealed digital group of telemetric signal in certain order in relation to synchronisation signals formed by images-residuals digital sealed group telemetering signal undergoes further modulation and transfer, and on receiving side receiving obtained sequence of transmitted symbols of binary code, form reduced sequence of information words and their processing in order to restore initial measurement results with error correction and evaluating accuracy of obtained information.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of telemetry data compression on parsed-bit level quantisation errors at decrease of telemetered parameters (TMP) and high noise-immunity of transmitting messages.
