FIELD: data transmission systems.
SUBSTANCE: code sequences filling time gaps allocated for transmission of initial bits of transmitted information are formed as consisting of components represented by code segments, which by their position in the measurement word are lower (amni) and upper (asni) half of words. Then, from two semi-words amni and amnj, belonging to code words-measurements Wi and Wj of two different SVPs with indices i and j, which require the same polling frequency, constitute a new transmission codeword Wmnij = <amni, amnj>2, which is transmitted at a frequency fotri(mn). Similarly, their upper half of words Wsnij = <asni, asnj>2 are combined into a new word Wsnij of the same bit width, which is accepted in the modernized on-board telemetry system (BRTS), but is transmitted with a lower sampling frequency fotri(sn) = fotri(mn)/k, where k is the accepted coefficient of its division.
EFFECT: technical result is to provide noise-immune coding of slowly varying parameters (SVP) with simultaneous reduction of redundancy of transmitted data.
