SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement information processing systems. To this end, a method is provided with the possibility of: 1) a compressed representation of measurement results of measurement words or messages <Xj>2, submitted by with non-traditional representation of data by images-residues <Cj>2 = << b1j>2, <b3j>2>2, 2) the use of adaptive nonlinear filtering of measurement data received with errors in the residual class system, the main feature of which is related to the fact, that not only the recovered values of the measurement data <Xj>2, but their image-remains <b1j>2, <b2j>2 and <b3j>2, obtained as a result of operations equivalent to dividing the initial data <Xj>2 to comparison modules m1 = 2n -1, m2 = 2n and m3 = 2n +1. At the same time, the quality of the performed filtering is monitored and, based on its results, a decision is made to use the subsequent correction algorithms, whether the determined estimates of the current variance exceed the values established for each of the telemetric parameters or not.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing the possibility of using various methods to combat distortions of the transmitted measurement information.
