SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information processing systems having internal redundancy and distorted by the interferences. Technical result achievement basis is the messages code structures allocation <Xj*>2 = <Xj>2 + <εj>2, where <>2 – data presentation symbol by the binary code with the known number of digits N, and <εj>2 – errors caused by of binary code symbols inversions under the influence of interference, dividing them into components or code segments <<a2j*>2,<a1j*>2 >2, where the superscript sign (*) indicates the possible presence of errors, which, with the reception or processing, are considered as the single N-bit binary positional code structure, selected components or code segments <a2j*>2,<a1j*>2 are rearranged in places with formation, as the structural-algorithmic transformations result, of new words or messages <Cj*>2=< <a1j*>2,<a2j*>2 >2 = <Cj>2 + <cj>2, differing, with respect to the minimum code distance initial number dmin(1), by the dmin(2) minimum code distance new value dmin(2)= dmin(1) × 2i, increased by 2i times, where i is the number of digits of the lowest segment <a1j*>2, after the encoding result <Cj*>2 division to the minimum code distance dmin(2) new value producing the division remainder ξμ, which is used as the invariant, ξk k≠ξμ) value is identified as the fact of error detecting caused by the interference, which is corrected by the different residual value ξk replacement with the ξμ value, which is the most repetitive in the extracted data graphic fragment, enclosed between the additional coding results neighboring values, for which the inequality is fulfilled |Cj* – Cj+1*| > (0.8 – 1) m2, where m2 – selected second comparison unit, equal to 2N, and N is number of the binary code bits used to represent the words or messages meanings.
