FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to aircraft engineering, namely to devices for detecting of aircraft icing conditions. Device comprises system with sensors and icing conditions detector. System with sensors can bleed water drops from air outside aircraft and formation of a certain number of images of collected water droplets. Icing condition detector can detect definite quantity of aircraft icing conditions types using said determined number of images obtained from system with sensors.
EFFECT: more accurate and detailed obtaining information on aircraft icing conditions.
