FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: disposable device for treating infections of human extremities which can be stabilised by pins for osteosynthesis, comprises a tubular element and the central cavity for passage of the said pin for osteosynthesis. The tubular element is made of rigid and biologically degradable basic material. The tubular element has the pores for impregnation with medical drugs for infections treatment carried out prior to its insertion in place of stabilisation or during its insertion. The said device also has a connection means for attaching the said tubular element to the said pin for osteosynthesis. The disposable device for treating infections of human extremities comprises a tubular element made of rigid and biologically degradable material. The said tubular element has pores used for impregnating with medical drugs for infections treatment carried out prior to its insertion to place of stabilisation or during the insertion. The said tubular element is internally connected with a stable reinforcing core made of hard metal or nonmetallic material. The said device forms a pin for osteosynthesis, suitable for stabilisation of mentioned human extremities. The node for treatment of infections of human extremities, in particular the limbs with long bones, which can be stabilised by the pin for osteosynthesis contains a sterile blister package (15), which contains any previous device.
EFFECT: invention provides maintaining unchanged geometry of the implant site, to prevent the reduction or deformation of tissue in case when the set pin must be replaced, and the implant site should be processed before insertion of a new pin.
