FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry and a mixture for producing tellurite-molybdate glass, which can be used in optics for making fibre-optic guides and planar optical waveguides used in optoelectronic devices visible, near and middle infrared ranges. Tellurite glass containing oxides of rare-earth elements, can be used in making compact magneto-optical filters for protection of laser assemblies of reflected radiation. Mixture for producing tellurite glass contains a mixture of complex oxides of elements, binary oxides which are glass components. Main component is Te2MoO7, to which is added complex oxides of tellurium and trivalent elements or complex oxides of molybdenum and tungsten and trivalent elements (rare earth elements and bismuth).
EFFECT: technical result of present invention is high optical transparency of tellurite-molybdate glass with high content of molybdenum trioxide in visible and near infrared spectrum.
