FIELD: cytometry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to flow cytometry. Flow cytometer has laser beam installed for illuminating sample particles in detection zone, slot, which directs flow of particles of sample through detection zone, as well as filtration system. At that, filtration system comprises filter having multiple holes, filter is located in flow cytometer area, where fluid speed is less than 200 microlitres per minute. Also disclosed flow cytometer filtering system for filtration of particles of sample and method of preventing clogging of flow cytometer slot.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows to prevent and eliminate damage of particles or cells in sample when passing through filter.
