FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to immunology, and can be used for measuring cell-mediated immune response activity in a subject. That is ensured by contacting a whole blood sample representing a source of lymphocytes, with one or more agents which potentiate the adaptive and innate immune systems. Measuring the presence or elevation in the level of an immune effector molecule from immune cells, wherein the presence or level of the immune effector molecule is indicative of the level of cell-mediated responsiveness of the subject. Group of inventions also relates to use of agents, which potentiate the adaptive and innate immune systems, in production of diagnostic analysis of cell-mediated immune response activity, as well as to a method which enables to define the status of cell-mediated immune response activity in a subject.
EFFECT: using this group of inventions enables to detect immune dysfunctions by using a system of whole blood and combination of stimulants, which potentiate the adaptive and innate immune systems, providing a synergetic effect.
