FIELD: immunologic methods. SUBSTANCE: immunoassay consists in mixing ligand antigen, antibody or hapten bound to biotin or its functional derivative, antibody oriented against antibody to be detected and bound to paramagnetic particles, and chemiluminescent acridine compound bound to avidin or streptavidin with sample to form solid-phase complex, after which solid phase is magnetically separated from liquid phase, chemiluminescent reaction is initiated, and separated solid phase is assayed for presence of chemiluminescent complex indicative of presence of antibody in the sample. Concentration and/or relative content of specific antibody in the sample is estimated from measured light emission in solid phase containing captured specific antibody, to which chemiluminescent label is bound, by way of comparing this emission value to that obtained in parallel standard immunoassay where total content of the same-type antibodies is measured.
