FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used in various medical procedures. Functional structure of preliminary longitudinal displacement and turning devices of electromagnetic retainers of medical instrument in a toroidal surgical robot system with extension lid comprises a common housing, which is fixed on a common or separate plate with possibility of reciprocating turning inside toroidal common housing of robot system, on upper sliding part of linear drives is fixed an axial rod for preliminary turning with fixed thereon a first gear, which is positionally located inside first part of first housing of extension elements and functionally connected to first drive with reduction gear, which for turning housings of extension elements is secured on one side of axial rod for preliminary turning on one half of first part of first housing of extension elements, on other side of axial rod for preliminary turning in first part of first housing of extension elements is fixed an additional drive with reduction gear, on rotor of which is fixed a rod with a thread, which is positionally arranged in hole with thread, which is arranged coaxially on opposite side of second part of first housing of extension elements, where is also fixed second drive with reduction gear, gear of which is functionally connected with second gear, which is fixed on axial rod for reciprocating turning of next housings of extension elements, wherein, on opposite ends of first part of first housing of extension elements and on second part of first housing of extension elements coaxially there is a pipe made of two longitudinal halves, which are fixed on first part of first housing of extension elements and on second part of first housing of extension elements for longitudinal reciprocating sliding and elimination of axial rotation of second part of first housing of extension elements at reciprocal displacement.
EFFECT: can be used in various medical procedures.
