FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for separation and purification of fluids and may be used in industrial water supply for fine purification of water. Alluvial cartridge filter comprises filtration element with cleaning materials mounted inside housing on tube plate, dividing housing into initial medium and filtrate chambers. Filtration element comprises four layers of cleaning materials, first of which with thickness of 1-4 mm is made of filter perlite powder, or infusorial flour, or diatomite with particle size of 1-150 mcm. Second layer with thickness of 5-15 mm is made of grain size of 0.1-4 mm of cationic or anionic resin or mixture thereof. Third layer with thickness of 10-20 mm made of activated carbon or zeolites, or cellulose, or foamed polyurethane with particle size of 0.5-3.5 mm. Fourth layer with thickness of 0.5-1 mm is made of filter perlite powder, or infusorial flour, or diatomite with particle size of 0.01-150 mcm. Disclosed is version of alluvial filter cartridge, which distinctive feature is that filtering element contains two layers of cleaning materials, first of which with thickness of 1-4 mm is made of filter perlite powder, or infusorial flour, or diatomite with particle size of 1-150 mcm. Second layer with thickness of 10-35 mm is made of cationic or anionic resin with grain size of 0.1-4 mm or mixture thereof, as well as activated carbon or zeolites, or cellulose, or foamed polyurethane with particle size of 0.5-3.5 mm and filter perlite powder, or infusorial flour, or diatomite with particle size of 0.01-150 mcm. Disclosed is version of alluvial filter cartridge, which distinctive feature is that filtering element contains one layer with thickness of 10-45 mm from mixture of cleaning materials: cationic or anionic resins with grain size of 0.1-4 mm, or mixture thereof, as well as activated carbon or zeolites, or cellulose, or foamed polyurethane with particles size of 0.5-3.5 mm and filter perlite powder, or infusorial flour, or diatomite with particles size of 0.01-150 mcm.
EFFECT: higher quality of purification from dissolved and non-dissolved substances, simplified design, expanded applications.
