FIELD: pipes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production of pre-insulated pipes of heat networks. Method includes steps of preparation and filling polyurethane composition. Preparation includes forming a tubular shell structure, wherein metal pipe is fitted with centralisers and system for real-time remote control, placing in a polymer or metal shell, checking temperature and further heating structure. Step of filling polyurethane composition uses locking devices, through holes of which is fed foamed polyurethane composition. For additional heating of annular tube space, high-frequency currents are fed. Also disclosed is a design of a device for implementing said method.
EFFECT: technical result of disclosed group of inventions is additional heating of tube space of tubular shell structure on layout table, automated production of protective layer on ring-end section of tubular shell structure, and consequently reduced loss of physical and chemical properties of foamed polyurethane from external factors, as well as simplification of manual labour.
