SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology, namely, a system for monitoring composition and body volumes for selecting of health-improving activities and nutrition programs. In the method, the system includes an electronic module. Said electronic module contains a software product. Said electronic module is connected wirelessly to a mobile unit. Said mobile unit is equipped with electrodes. Said mobile unit is made in the form of a platform with the ability to rotate, by means of a drive, equipped with a 3D scanner and a bioimpedance unit. On the platform, electrodes for feet are installed. Hand electrodes are designed for placement in front or behind the patient. Further, the system unit has the possibility of contact with illuminating devices and cameras.

EFFECT: it is possible to obtain the most accurate data, including data from a 3D scanner, the state of the human body and its locomotor system with interpretation of the revealed deviations to develop recommendations for changing the diet and physical activities and assessing their effectiveness in dynamics.
