FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to neurology, neuroscience, psychiatry and functional diagnosis. Method comprises recording scalp electroencephalogram (EEG) of 19 leads in unipolar mode with referential ipsilateral electrodes based on international "10-20" system in waking state. Additionally EEG is recorded with underlying photostimulation. Method includes calculating parameters of cross-correlation and autocorrelation analysis of electroencephalogram: autocorrelation interval F4A2 abduction with background recording, autocorrelation interval CzA2 abduction with background recording, autocorrelation interval in lead T6A2 with background recording, average autocorrelation frequency F7A1 abduction with background recording, average frequency of autocorrelation in lead T3A1 with background recording, average rate in cross-correlation F7F8 leads with background recording, average frequency of cross-correlation in R3R4 leads after photostimulation. Mathematical formule are calculated and for value (a+b+c) < 197 together with one or more of following conditions: (d+e) > 31 and/or f > 18 and/or g > 14 psychasthenia is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method improves accuracy of diagnosis, which is achieved due to additional recording in background EEG and stimulation of cross-correlation and autocorrelation analysis of EEG.
