FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to devices for dynamic physiotherapy. Device comprises support for at least partial support and retain patient's limb, manipulator connected thereto, which includes mechanism with parallel links, first and second parts, first part comprises multiple sources of radiation signal, and second part includes plurality of detectors for detecting at least part of the signal and/or first or second part includes an emitter signal and at least one inclinometer and/or gyroscope each signal is emitted and detected by detector has time signal between appropriate source and detector. Device also includes controller configured to determine plurality of times of signal passage between at least some of sources and at least some of detectors and determination of spatial position and orientation of first and second parts relative to each other on basis of multiple certain time and measurement data inclinometer and/or gyroscope. Device also has possibility of storage in memory of plurality of certain spatial positions and orientations of first and second parts relative to each other, and controller is configured to read at least part of stored in memory certain spatial positions and orientations of first and second parts relative to each other, determine at least one sequence of maneuvering body part as function of stored in memory of plurality of certain spatial positions and orientations of first and second parts relative to each other, and control device for actuation of manipulator to maneuver support so that part of body, when properly positioned on support, performs maneuvers according to at least above sequence of maneuvering. EFFECT: invention increases accuracy of maneuvering due to training sequence.
