FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: skeleton tyre construction having form of cylinder sleeve is placed on drum possessing proximal and distad halves that may approach to each other for adjustment of expansion of skeleton layer in radial direction until it fits belt construction supported by transfer device. Breaker construction is placed coaxial around skeleton construction. Form halves are moved to each other to expand middle section of skeleton construction in radial direction until middle section contacts inner surface of breaker construction. Block is designed so as to be able to form at least one tyre component in position outside skeleton construction. Tyre-manufacturing installation contains drum possessing proximal and distad halves held by support construction, transfer device for placing breaker construction coaxial around skeleton construction installed on drum in form of cylinder sleeve, shifting devices for movement of proximal and distad halves closer to each other from position of assembling to position of formation, at least one block for application of elastomeric material elongated element. Proximal half is joined in axial direction with support construction held by robot manipulator of executive block transmitting axial movement to proximal half at time when distad half is moved in steps twice bigger than steps performed by robot manipulator. Robot manipulator moves drum to block for application of elongated element to form tread band on belt construction and/or couple of side walls in axial-external position on skeleton construction.
EFFECT: assembly of tyres by assembly of semi-fabricate components owing to manufacturing of tread band and side walls by winding of continuous elongated element in peripheral coils immediately on uncured tyre during manufacturing acquiring toroidal form.
