FIELD: disintegrators and devices for crushing.
SUBSTANCE: device (1) comprises an impact reactor (2) with a cylindrical main body (4). Rotor (8) having at least one impact element (10) that contacts the material rotates in the closed interior (6). Impact element produces a high momentum transfer to crush the material into partial components. Ejector box (14) is connected to the interior of the main body by means of an ejection opening (16). First conveying screw (24a) is arranged inside the ejection box under the ejection opening for conveying the crushed material. First screen (20a) having a first mesh width is arranged under the ejection opening. First screen extends from the ejection opening to the first conveying screw at an angle with respect to the horizontal. Under the first screen there is a sliding surface (22) arranged at an angle with respect to the horizontal or a second screen (20b) arranged at an angle with respect to the horizontal and having a smaller mesh width. Second screen extends from the cylindrical main body to a second conveying screw (24b) arranged under the first conveyor (24a).
EFFECT: present invention relates to a device for crushing materials in several fractions.
