FIELD: safety systems.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to automatic cab signalling. Diagnostic technique for locomotive equipment automatic cab signalling (ACS) consists in the fact that additional diagnostic winding with inductive coupling with winding of the receiving coil ACS equipment cab is testing code signals and distortion of their interference. Diagnostic winding wound on not connected to receiving locomotive ACS separate magnetic conductor (inducer), which is mechanically fixed at the receiving coil ACS equipment so that the magnetic flux generated by diagnostic winding, absorbed through the receiving coil locomotive automatic signaling system. Device for diagnostics of locomotive equipment consists of a radio receiving device, manual control unit, a decoder of commands, ACS code signals generator with possibility of changing time parameters, noise generator, memory unit of actual ACS signal in track circuits, signal adder, power amplifier, an inductor, which serves for creation of electromagnetic field.

EFFECT: simplified diagnostics of locomotive ACS hardware.
