SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway automatics for the ALLS locomotive equipment diagnostics. In the method, into the inductively connected to the corresponding ALLS receiving coils diagnostic inductor windings, for the diagnostics duration, mechanically fixed on the ALLS equipment receiving coils so, that created by the diagnostic windings magnetic flux was closed through the ALLS receiving coils magnetic circuits, sending test signals including interference, as well as temporal, frequency and amplitude distortions, with the help of which the ALLS locomotive equipment technical state and the noise immunity level are determined. Wherein, change in the diagnostic mode is made remotely via the radio channel using the control panel, and for the control panel and the receiving and executing device connection the two-way radio channel is used, using which the executed command continuous monitoring is performed, as the control panel having the wireless communication module and software mobile microprocessor device is used.

EFFECT: higher reliability is achieved.
