FIELD: valves production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ball valves with rotary plug seat spherical surface, and is intended for separation or mutual pressing sealing surfaces. Ball valve with floating seats wedge pressing contains casing with nozzles with floating seats, ball plug between them, sealing plug, transfer link and spindle with drive handle. Transfer link and floating seat with seals articulated are combined into plug sealing mechanism, in which transfer link is made up of rotary disk coupled with spindle. Disk has two stages of larger and smaller diameter above floating seats and in contact with them respectively. At stage of smaller diameter disk flat parallel sections are made with ledges made with possibility of engagement on turning disk with open slots on end surface of seats. Contact surface of pipes and seats is composed of conjugated helical ledges on seats and recesses on pipes to displace both floating seats to ball plug in turning disc towards tap closing.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at improving operating properties due to easier control and increased service life of seals and ball plug as a result of limitation of their contact duration.
