FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and represents a modified polynucleotide coding aspartate kinase (LysC), where initiation codon of polynucleotide has been replaced with ATG. Invention also relates to an expression vector containing said modified polynucleotide, as well as to modified microorganisms of genus Corynebacterium for production of L-lysine, which has high activity as compared to its aspartate kinase endogenous activity, where initiation codon of polynucleotide encoding aspartate kinase has been replaced with ATG.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain L-lysine with high yield.
