FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: modified polynucleotide is proposed, encoding a pyruvate carboxylase (Pyc), wherein the initiating polynucleotide codon is replaced by ATG. An expression vector comprising the said modified polynucleotide is presented. Corynebacterium genus modified microorganism for L-lysine production is presented, which has an increased pyruvate carboxylase activity compared to its endogenous activity, where the initiating codon of the pyruvate carboxylase encoding polynucleotide is replaced by ATG.

EFFECT: group of inventions allows to obtain L-lysine with high productivity.
