SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric spark processing of surface, in particular, to spark alloying, and can be used in machine building and repair for obtaining wear-resistant coatings on parts of friction units and fixed joints. Device for electric spark alloying of part surface comprises pulse generator, which outputs are connected to treated part and electrode installed in electrode holder of electromagnetic vibrator. Device also has magnetic system arranged to create pulsating magnetic field with magnetic induction vector parallel to treated part surface.

EFFECT: invention provides increase of continuity of electric spark coating.
