FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of high-density powder chromium-containing iron-based material. Charge is prepared on basis of sprayed powder chrome-molybdenum steel with carbon addition. Charge components are mixed in an attritor for 1-2 hours, then static cold pressing of charge with provision of porosity of 10-12 % is carried out. Obtained workpiece is sintered in vacuum furnace at 1,200-1,250 °C for 1-2 hours. Sintered workpieces are heated to 1,150-1,180 °C in protective medium and hot forming is carried out. After hot forming of workpieces, cementation and thermal treatment are carried out.
EFFECT: improved quality of particle-particle splicing, high impact viscosity, strength and contact fatigue strength of powdered iron-based material.
