FIELD: technological processes; construction; ecology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ceramic materials industry, primarily to compositions of mixtures for making ceramic bricks. Disclosed ceramic mixture contains beidellite clay, ash-slag material and electrothermal phosphorous slag containing, MP: SiO2 - 43.65; CaO - 47.3; MgO - 2.2; Fe2O3 - 1.28; P2O3 - 2.4; Al2O3 - 2.67; SO3 - 0.33; R2O - 0.17, in the following proportions, MP: beidellite clay - 50-70; ash-slag material - 15-25, said electrothermal phosphorous slag - 15-25.
EFFECT: use of industrial raw materials in production of ceramic bricks contributes to recycling of industrial wastes, environmental protection, expansion of raw material base for ceramic materials; increases frost resistance of ceramic bricks to 84-87 cycles.
