FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geodetic instruments and equipment geodetic measurements and can be used, in particular, during construction of different structures for transmitting axes from one mounting horizon to another. Device includes coaxial optic systems, one of which is mirror, with spaces of object and combined spaces image, wherein spaces of object are identified by sources of electromagnetic oscillations of diffusive type, and space images contain matrix radiation receivers, signal of which is supplied into electronic information recording and processing system.

EFFECT: simplified design of device without reducing accuracy of measurements in the process of constructions vertical directions.
