FIELD: engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in internal combustion engines with supercharging. Engine system (5) comprises internal combustion engine (10), having cylinder head (11), exhaust manifold (14) with liquid cooling, turbocharger (20) with turbine arranged to receive exhaust gas flow from exhaust manifold (18) of engine, and external bypass valve (30) intended to control bypass exhaust gas flow flowing through turbocharger. Turbocharger (20) has liquid-cooled turbine body (22) made of aluminium alloy body, in which there is a turbine. Bypass valve (30) is located in non-liquid cooled body (30a), separate from turbine body. Cylinder head (11) and exhaust manifold (18) with liquid cooling are made from same aluminium alloy as turbine body (22). Disclosed is a method of reducing production cost of engine system.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of thermal radiation transmitted by other parts of system during operation.
