FIELD: pets; food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of preserved fodders dainties for dogs and cats. Method for production of meat-and-vegetable canned food-treat for dogs and cats involves animal and vegetal origin components milling, mixing milled raw material ingredients with ingredients not requiring grinding, and thermal treatment of obtained mixture. In mixture of milled animal and vegetal origin components sauce added prepared in advance by selection of ingredients, successive introduction into cutter with hot water with temperature of 80-90 °C and chopping. Sauce ingredients contain stabiliser "Hamulsion" LSH or SBF, vegetable oil, sour cream, or tomato paste, or cream, salt, sugar sand, spices, spices, wheat flour, wherein stabiliser "Hamulsion" LSH or SBF is preliminarily dissolved in vegetable oil, chopped during 1 min at rotation speed of not less than 3,000 rpm, and then cutter is added with sour cream or tomato paste, or cream, chopped for 1-2 min, then added with remaining sauce components and chopped for 3-5 minutes at rotation speed of 3,000 rpm with subsequent stirring of produced mass with milled ingredients, packaged and sterilised. Ingredients of animal origin are represented by beef, mutton, lamb, poultry carcass, rabbit meat. Ingredients of vegetable origin are represented by onions, garlic, greens, cabbage turnip-rooted cabbage, vegetable marrows, spinach, carrots, cauliflower, asparagus, sweet pepper. In production of fodder for cats taurine is additionally added into sauce.

EFFECT: invention implementation ensures production of fodder with improved taste properties, as well as having specific physiological properties depending on components of sauce.
