FIELD: fodder production.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular to a method for producing creamy mousse for kittens at 4 weeks of age. Method comprises the preparation of ingredients, blanching of raw meat, grinding, mixing with two-stage grinding in a cutter with subsequent sending to the microcutter, packaging and sterilization. At the same time, the ingredients used are: raw materials of animal origin in the form of chicken fillet, or turkey fillet, or beef, or rabbit meat, wheat flour, milk cream, taurine, thermolabile stabilizer for sauces and mousses, salt, sunflower oil, fish oil, yeast, water. All ingredients are used at the specific ratio. Moreover, the preparation of the ingredients is carried out sequentially: first, a thermolabile stabilizer for sauces and mousses is dissolved in vegetable oil, then the oil solution is introduced into hot water at a temperature of 80–85 °C and chopped for 1 min at a speed of not less than 3,000 rpm, then the speed of rotation of the cutter is reduced to 1,500 rpm, cream, wheat flour, salt and taurine, fish oil and yeast are added to obtain a creamy mass, into which blanched raw materials of animal origin are added, and the cutting is carried out in the same mode for 1–2 min Then the meat mixture is sent to an microcutter for fine grinding to a degree of grinding of particles of 0.15–0.2 mm, followed by packing and sterilization.

EFFECT: use of the invention will allow to obtain food with a texture adapted for kittens, which allows to facilitate the transition from mother's milk to solid food.
