SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular to the preparation of pet food, in particular for cats and dogs. Method for producing a multicomponent canned poultry feed provides for the preparation of formulation components, their grinding, mixing, packaging, sterilization and cooling. As poultry meat, chicken breast fillet, or chicken, or turkey, which is preliminarily subjected to bagging out with saline with a softening agent, mixing in a vacuum machine and ageing by cooling is used. Resulting fillets are blanched until a piece temperature in the center is at least 80 °C and ground to produce fibers no longer than 15 mm long, which are mixed in the cutter with the rest of the formulation ingredients which were prepared and grinded. Mass is mixed and transferred to the packaging and sterilization. All the initial components are taken at the specified ratio.

EFFECT: method allows to maximize the preservation of useful proteins and proteins, fats, microelements and vitamins during processing which are useful and necessary for a full-value diet to unproductive animals; the implementation of the invention provides a full balanced feed with increased energy value and high digestibility.
