SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to fragmentation grenades for hand grenade launchers and methods of producing fragmentation jackets of such grenades. Fragmentation grenade to cartridge of hand grenade launcher comprises thin-walled plastic housing, contact fuse and fragmentation unit including explosive charge and fragmentation jacket around it attached by adhesive composition with bursting charge and plastic thin-walled grenade housing. Fragmentation jacket is formed by fragments sources in form of rings successively installed onto explosive charge. Method of making fragmentation grenade jacket includes manufacturing separate sources of fragments, their connection to each other, bursting charge and thin-wall plastic grenade housing by adhesive composition and adhesive composition vulcanising or curing. Sources of fragments are made in form of rings with equal thickness and width, on which longitudinal notches of rectangular shape are mechanically made from side of outer cylindrical surface.
