SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a biocompatible and resorbable glass fibre composition. The composition contains the following components, wt %: SiO2 62-68; Na2O 10-15; CaO 8-20; MgO 0-10; P2O5 0.5-3.0; B2O3 0-4; Al2O3 0-2.5; less than 0.05 wt % potassium.
EFFECT: reduced neurotoxicity and cytotoxicity of the composition.
