FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antenna engineering and, in particular, is intended for operation with VHF radio stations arranged on movable objects: aircraft (AC), automobiles, etc. Aircraft VHF antenna consists of lower 1 and upper 2 parts separated by dielectric insert 3. Lower part 2 is made in form of hollow conductor, inside of which there are two coaxial feeder sections 5, 6 that double as transforming elements, which lower ends are respectively connected to corresponding inputs of summator 7, providing matching their overall resistance to wave impedance of feeder 11 from onboard radio station. Screen covers of sections 5, 6 are electrically connected with each other and with upper edge of lower part of antenna 1, and their central conductors are connected to upper part 2 of antenna.
EFFECT: development of aircraft VHF antenna which provides more wide-range work on harmonisation.
