FIELD: processing and recycling of wastes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recycling of hazardous wastes of production facilities, toxic substances in composition of liquid rocket fuel at high temperatures. This invention consists in that originating at high temperatures gaps in boundary layer of chemical reagent, through which poisoning substance passes without reaction with chemical reagent, are eliminated during heating of reactor under action of forces applied to layer of chemical reagent on side of sealed device with gas with adjustable pressure, side walls of which are corrugated along their generating lines of the shell, and also acting simultaneously impact loads on upper bottom of working chamber of reactor. To provide said interaction layer chemical reagent, fixed in working chamber of device with sealed device with gas, latter is rigidly connected with inner cylindrical grate, which height is smaller than that of outer screen. In industrial reactors, in which relative height of working chamber can be especially high, for fixing layer chemical reagent and recycling substance can be used two tight device with gas with corrugated shells connected with lower and upper bottoms of working chamber.

EFFECT: improvement of ecological situation at utilisation of hazardous wastes of production facilities and toxic substances due to decomposition latter on neutral components.
